Wow is all we can say. This is a must do! The lobster burrito is killer! Everything on the menu is great!

The sign reads Ajenjo “Cocina De Inspiration,” which translates to inspirational kitchen. We discovered this place in the summer of 2019 and I think its easily one of the best restaurants in Rosarito. They don’t serve Mexican food, instead they serve a unique fusion of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. I recommend the fish, but everything looked gourmet and delicious.

My wife and enjoyed this restaurant for drinks, they had a large selection of Tequilas.
