Fine dining Italian restaurant with a great wine list

We think this is REALLY good Italian! Owner, Carlos, is very experienced and very inventive in his creations. Near the hustle-bustle that is quickly emerging in Rogers. Lot's of good chains in that area. Skip those and go here or one of the other locally-based restaurants. Reservations recommended. $$$
