The award winning company for social entrepreneurship is a unique example of true CSR. Even though Switzerland is in a very good place economically a lot of young kids can't find a job after school and the job factory takes them in, trains them and produces different products with the goal to integrate them into the market before they drop out for good. After half a year or a year of training and working the so called "juniors" are conveyed into other companies for their internship.
