Ridman's is a small, locally-owned and operated specialty coffee shop. This is a great open space which provides an urban atmosphere, complete with couches and chairs (but not a lot of seating, given the size of the space). They serve Dark Matter Coffee, Rishi tea, Vosges Haut- Chocolate, and baked goods from two bakeries: Hewn Bread and Defloured (gluten-free). Free wifi, but sometimes a bit spotty for signal strength. They open at 6:30 am weekdays, 7:00 am weekends. Sarah, the owner, is very warm and welcoming.
