Great place to take the family to see how the fish are grown to stock many of the northern New Mexico lakes and rivers. There is a youth/ 65+ pond to fish and some great fly fishing along the Red River just downriver from the hatchery.

Learn about how fish are kept stocked in NM waters on a self-guided tour! There's a pond with lots of fish where kids can buy a handful of fish food for a quarter, and enjoy feeding the trout! A separate nearby pond offers free fishing for kids under a certain age.
