A medium sized shopping centre with a Countdown supermarket, Farmers, postal services (Paper Plus), food court and Event Cinemas.

Coastlands have a wide range of shops and are just a few minutes drive down the old state highway in Paraparaumu. They also have supermarkets, a multiplex cinema etc.etc.
