Traditional convenience store just 1 block away: good beer/wine, traditional and local/higher end snack food . Laundromat next door offers self-serve or wash&fold drop-off (the owner Adel is a gem)

This place has healthy food and unhealthy food. Regular beer and microbrews. The store menu is good and cheap. All made right there. There's a laundry mat next door.
