A Garachico vous aimerez voir les piscines naturelles ou y nager en bonne saison et pourquoi pas visiter son petit village historique.

Beautiful village on the coast. Many places to eat fish and only 25 min. from our cottage.

The little town of Garachico is one of the oldest on the island. You can swim in the natural pools, do some historical sightseeing, buy Canarian cigars and enjoy the most delicious ice-creams. Definitely worth to experience!

This town is worth spending a few hours in it. The richest city of the 16th-17th centuries, then the streets were paved with marble. Everything was changed by the eruption of the Trevejo volcano in the early 18th century... The lava was moving towards the city for more than 10 days and this allowed us to avoid casualties... Take swimming accessories with you and take a dip in the natural pools formed by lava (in the absence of ocean waves) . Eat dessert at a local cafe (see the section "Gastronomy"), take a walk through the streets, have a cocktail at the Great Small Hotels "San Roque". The best time to arrive is at 10.00 or after 16.00

The former main port of the island. The village was covered by lanva in 1706 by the eruption of a volcano. It is a magic place full of convents, churches, museums and the spirit of long gone days. The locals gather in the main square to have a coffee and see the hours go by. The rocky swimming pools excavated in the lava rocks of El Caletón offer crystal clear waters where to have a swim. The village has multiple restaurants where to eat fish and also a variety of international foods.
