Excellent Local Coffee Shop if you want to avoid the usual Starbucks. Baked goods as well!

The Coffee Shop West Seattle rallied to save! Located in a historic bungalow home, this place is tops for great coffee, snacks, and lounging. Living room like atmosphere with games, books, wifi and lots of seating.

This is a fantastic, locally owned and run cafe that also offers alcohol. It is kid and dog friendly! There is a beautiful outside space to sit and relax in too.

They have live music, open mics, poetry and storytelling, arts and crafts fairs, lectures and beer and wine (as well as coffee!)
