Hop Springs Brewery has a lot of live music, but not a great atmosphere. The stage is usually inside and seating is limited.

This is not just a brewery...they have great live shows with a beautiful scenic view. You can also head there to watch a football game on the weekend or just chill out for some beer or frisbee golf on their full course.
