30 minute walk up the hill to get great views of the Waitaki braided river. Complements the Benmore Peninsula walk which gives you lake views.

What a view !!! Well worth the walk up here ( or run if you must ) Up behind the Kurow village is this great walk to take in the spectacular views of the valley and you can even see up in to the Hakataramea valley. Good shoes are recommended on the track.
