Whatcom county-The falls are beautiful & worth a stop on your way up to Mt. Baker. I'm not sure that I'd make it my single destination as there isn't any real hiking around the falls.

the falls are ALWAYS raging, theres a bridge and a trail to the bottom of the falls (kinda steep and a little sketchy). Beautiful view.
