Yachiyo Japanese Bistro, a modern Japanese establishment located in the heart of Darlinghurst and Mosman. It is a casual neighbourhood restaurant. Their food was dreamed up by Chef Mitsuhiro Yashio to awaken the senses and nourish the soul. The menu is presented by cooking method - Raw, Seared, Grilled, Fried, Sizzling - plus stews, noodles and rice dishes. Most items are served family style and are meant to be shared and enjoyed in a intimate and seductive surrounds.

My favourite Japanese restaurant in the area. Always great specials and Sake degustations. Staff give great recommendations for orders. Reasonably cheap. Quite small and popular so best to book.
