Simply one of the best traditional Bologna cusine. Do you know spaghetti "alla bolognese"??? well this is the place to eat the original ones. Ah! don't order spaghetti alla bolognese ask for tagliatelle al ragù!

a little more expensive (not too much) but you have more choice and it is really enjoyable. Better to book a table in advance.
