Great seafood with a nice ocean view!

Is at the iconic kioskos de Luquillo, La Parrilla (Kiosk #1) has always fresh lobsters and fish! Is in front of Monserrate Beach (balneario), you could literally take a deep in the beach and grab a bacalaito in front. Very near El Yunque.
