I've been told this is the best yoga spot in the 'hood. They have a sweet juice and healthy food spot with in a cozy "treehouse style" upper loft that I love.

This is where I practice. Great space. Intelligent, alignment based vinyasa. Try Jillian, Nikki or Schuyler.
