The best sushi anywhere from Denver to LA. in our opinion. Arrive early at 5pm or you won't get a seat till 8:30pm.

This is hands down the best sushi in SLC. Make sure to get there early enough and put your name in because they do not take reservations. Visit Post Office Place next door for great cocktails and light fare while waiting!

Best Sushi in Salt Lake City. Be prepared for a wait (but it is worth it). I recommend getting your name on the list then going next door to "Post Office Place" for a drink and appetizer (same owner as Takashi)
