Le centre historique de Paraty a été créé par la franc-maçonnerie portugaise. N´hésitez pas à faire le tour avec un guide pour connaitre la fabuleuse histoire de cette ville qui renait de ses cendres. Il y à deux centre historique : le centre de jour et le centre de nuit. Deux ambiances totalement différentes.

If you really want to explore historical places Paraty is worth the drive. It does take 3 hours to drive but you will not be disappointed. It is in the state of Rio De Janerio and it is steeped in history. I would recommend staying overnight here to experience the town fully.
