Run by chef Joe Grbac, contemporary menu that’s amended daily. The dining room bar serves equally mulled over cocktails, wines, ales and champagnes. Breakfast here is equally awesome.

Joe Grbac creates magic, blending classical technique with local produce to create dishes that are seriously good value – $65 for three courses? We’ll take that any day of the week. The menu changes regularly, but could include dishes like roast chicken consommé with crispy breast. Head upstairs to Thomas Olive for pre-dinner cocktails.
