Buds offers both a pub bar and fine dining. Consistently receives good reviews. The pub side is a hole in the wall bar that offers good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The fine dining side of the restaurant has a completely different atmosphere and does indeed offer fine dining.

Bud's at Silver Run is a personal favorite. Chef/Owner Ken Lurie has been bringing great food in a comfortable setting to Carroll County since the Spring of 2008. Located in the country side north of Westminster and south of Gettysburg on Route 97. Don't let the exterior change your mind. The interior is lovely, light and airy, and the owners and staff are wonderful! The food is top notch. Check it out a www.budsatsilverrun.com. You will be in for a treat!
