Though a bit farther away than other recommendations, Sabletine's is worth a mention. In my humble opinion, these the city's best pastries (by far). Don't forget to try their chocolate chip cookie or their croissants.

This is an authentic french patisserie. It's bright, clean and delicious. Leave your diet at the door!
