National Trust property set in lovely woodland, and with a fascinating story.

Another impressive National Trust property within an easy day trip of Cranbrook. Lovely gardens to stroll through and a perfect spot for a picnic. Also has a good cafe on site with a charming terrace for outdoor dining.
