The best tortilla in Spain, I recommend going at 10:00 am, it is best to ask for tortilla pintxo and so you can try them all, you will not regret

This is a super local bar in Valencia. It's know for having the best tortilla around. Be aware that if you don't speak Spanish, the lady working there mightn't be the friendliest! Ask for a "pincho de tortilla y una caña" and you'll be set! P.s. this is basically all they serve!

Is considered by locals the best "tortilla" (Spanish omelette) in Valencia. The meatballs are also to not miss. Always busy. Ideal for a quick standing meal in the "barra".
