because they are serious when it comes to brewing a coffee or chai drink and because their sidewalk faces the ocean along with their chairs and tables, and a simple walk across the street to the beach

Best coffee in the area and worth the wait after you order. I think their barista has won national awards. Try their iced coffee. You won't be disappointed.
