Easy drive (or rideshare) downtown and one of the best places I've ever been for a movie. I highly recommend checking the events calendar and booking seats for a special event (Master Pancake, Movie Party, Quote-a-long...) to really get the most out of the Alamo. If not, the fact they'll bring you food and drinks during the movie isn't bad at all. Lots of other locations in the area as well.
