Groundswell is a wonderful option for guests seeking gluten-free and vegan options. Boasting a bakery as well as a cafe-style restaurant, Groundswell often hosts local artists and musicians, including a small Minnesota-themed gift shop.

Great coffee and food, a few rotating taps, cool design and chill vibe. Great place to sit and converse or do work. Tuesdays at 7pm and 8pm they have trivia with $3 taps!

Great food. Also sells a nice selection of work by local artists. A good place to find those souvenirs.

Groundswell is everything a local coffee shop and cafe should be. They serve local and delicious Dogwood coffee, have a mouth-watering array of baked goods (many of which are vegan and/or GF!), and serve us great sandwiches, wraps, and salads. The bright and natural atmosphere can't be beaten either.
