Featured as one of the best in Southern Living, Saint Leo is located in Oxford, voted by Southern Living in 2018 as the South’s best food town. You can’t go wrong with their woodfired pizzas. You will not be disappointed with any of the restaurants on the square or elsewhere in Oxford, MS!

This restaurant is unlike any other in Oxford. While the primary menu item is pizza, this is not a pizza joint. The setting is "upscale." The tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, pork belly & pork jowl are all house-made. I had the eggplant and taleggio pizza. It was quite good. My companions order pasta dishes and gave them very good marks. Service was very good. Server had a good sense of humor and the ability to "read" the table. My cocktail was also done well.

Saint Leo is the new top spot in town and a 2017 James Beard Foundation "Best New Restaurant" semifinalist. Located right on the square, they serve delicious wood-fired pizza, antipasti, salads, pastas, and a few special plates. They also serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Excellent changing menu with fantastic pizza. Book early or show up early to put name on list and plan to wait 2 hours for table.
