35 acres of lake offering lovely walks, wild swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and a cafe.

Peaceful, mostly flat walking. An old quarry returned to nature. Not recommended that you walk here on your own. If you are a lone traveller and want to visit we would be happy to go with you.

Fancy a go at paddle boarding or wild swimming? This park is bringing history back to life with a full scale fort! Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful walks and scenery and low costs.
