In the early 70’s, it used to be an antique shop. The bar’s name comes from the weekly magazine which was founded by Bordalo Pinheiro; and was a satire to the Portuguese socio-economic reality.

The décor is a mixture of the Art Nouveau and “grandma’s house” styles, creating an intimate atmosphere. There are two “vintage” rooms with walls covered with the magazine that gave the bar its name.
