If you can get a reservation this is a MUST! We would highly recommend their 5 course wine pairing dinner. The owner and chef create amazing tastes that always pair well with the featured winery. You may even want to pick up a few bottles to take home with you.

A new local favorite, minutes away from Luxury Wine Country Estate. Make your reservations in advance; seating doesn't last long at this amazing place. Food and experience are on par with the world's best Michelin-Starred and James Beard awarded restaurants. Exposed brick walls and a cooler full of tiramisu, it’s basically impossible to not like chef and owner Dario Pisoni’s Rosmarino upon arriving. A native of Milan, Pisoni’s pasta and pizza are more Italia, less Olive Garden, which is to say they’re more focused on classic preparations and flavor combinations — think: burrata and arugula, bucatini carbonara, and braised wild boar. Be sure to reserve a table ahead of time, especially on Sunday for weekly pizza and gnocchi night.

This is a dining EXPERIENCE. Service is done by seating times, so reservations are required. Your host and chef will come out and tell you about each dish and the wine parings with each course. Try the 5-course dinner for an experience you won't soon forget!
