The Flying Horse Carousel in Watch Hill is the oldest chain suspended merry-go-round in the US. It is a Historic Landmark in RI. While there enjoy strolling in Watch Hill or out onto Napatree Point. www.watchhillbeachandcarousel.com

There are so many wonderful things to say about Watch Hill, the historic carousel being one of them. Catching the Golden Ring is a classic tradition.

An antique flying-horse carousel that is great fun for kids, who can try for the brass ring. Built in 1867, it is the only flying horse carousel still in existence in this country
