You can book a boat to the famius beach from the city port or in the north part of the island, at Agios Nikolaos village. The Shipwreck beach is accessible only by see.

It's recommended to consult the weather forecast before visiting the Shipwreck beach. If the wind is higher than 4 Beaufort, it would be better not to take the ferry as you won't be able to get off at the beach and swim. There are various ways to visit the Shipwreck beach: either take the boats from the port for a half-day cruise (4h) at the price of 30-33 euros, or for a day cruise (7h) at the price of 33-37 euros. If you have a car, you may also drive to the north of the island, at the St Nicolas port (Schinari) and rent a private or small group cruise from there to the Blue caves and the Shipwreck beach.

The electric blue waters, the white beach made of small pebbles and the shipwreck on it makes it looks like a work of art. The shipwreck beach is accessible only by boat. Still, by car, you can go to Anafonitria and take a picture (a must-do) of the shipwreck from above the hill. Doing both is the best. Combine this trip with visiting the blue caves and swimming in these unreal blue electric waters. You can book a trip with large groups from almost everywhere on the island or a smaller boat from Agios Nikolaos Sxinari.
