The menu caters for all tastes but inspired by the Afro-Porto fusion of Mozambique. Eating and drinking, whether in a home or on the street, is a way of life in Mozambique – this essence of this is captured in, what we call, our Barraca’s. No frills … Some spills … Plenty of laughs and an appreciation for the wisdom of simplicity. Passionate about friends and family coming together over exceptional food and a welcoming experience! This is exactly what we have created, a “sink your toes into the sand and sip on cocktails and R&R’s while the sun goes down” experience.

The latest edition to our chain of restaurants, Mo-Zam-Bik Linksfield, opened to the public in February 2014. It is conveniently located off the N3 highway in Johannesburg and set in a beautiful garden overlooking the suburbs of Edenvale. Retreat into a world of white beaches, lapping waves and ocean air as you step into this Mozambican mirage. The décor and smells of traditional Mozambican food wafting through the restaurant take you to a place far from the busy city that surrounds you. Keeping with the age old tradition that children should spend time outdoors, we have created an outdoor play area that will keep them entertained for hours. Our child friendly restaurant is equipped with three jungle gyms, a trampoline and a small putt putt course, allowing you to sit back and relax whilst your little ones enjoy themselves. Whether it be a romantic evening with your loved one, a family gathering or a meal out with friends, Mo-Zam-Bik Linksfield welcomes you to tuck into a juicy Mozam feast as we attend to your every need.
