Bruarhlod (Brúarhlöð) is a narrow gorge in Hvitá River. Through the centuries the river has formed the rocks in to beautiful pillars and formations.

This is one of my favorite places in the area! Extremely beautiful and is one of the lesser known places, so it's not full of tourists.
