Guests have access to the club house with a swimming pool and gym.

This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free street parking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Two minutes drive from the house, lies a town centre with Costco, boutiques, restaurants, amenities. Downtown Saskatoon is a mere 7 minutes away. Enjoy your privacy as you have a free parking in the driveway and access the suite through the right side of the entrance. Our suite was part of the original house plan when the house was built in 1949 so it features high ceilings, large windows and is bright and airy. We have stocked it with all manner of kitchen gadgets, microwave, quality linens and towels. There is direct access to a washer and dryer or even an outdoor clothes line. Our yard has been featured in magazines and on many garden tours. This is a very quiet neighbourhood mostly populated with working professionals and students.

Suite in Saskatoon

Walkout basement suite hosted by Kevin and Wendy. This suite is minutes away from the downtown core, airport and 2 hospitals also steps away from beautiful Meewasin trail and the river. The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
