Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

We are located 10km from Yea with its local attractions, 5km to the Rail Trail and close to Eildon and Mt Bulla. The barn has a large open plan living space with a loft. It has a queen bed, and two sets of bunks, which can be curtained off. The dining area looks out onto a dam and beyond are beautiful rolling hills
