A cyclists dream, with a 5 minute ride to the Castleman trailway, you'll be well on your way to ride the old railway track to Moors Valley, Upton country park and more. You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). A stunning 2 bedroom rural getaway, a complete luxury countryside retreat perfectly located for exploring the local area, including a 15 minute walk to James May’s renowned pub and located only 2 miles from the village of Tisbury with all local amenities and a train station with direct links to London Waterloo. This charming cottage boasts two large bedrooms, one super king and one king along with a beautiful bathroom, downstairs shower room and picturesque gardens to enjoy with green egg bbq.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property.
