Historic and cozy accommodations in the heart of the Keweenaw. This was a great place to stay, cook breakfast and recuperate after long days exploring all the peninsula has to offer.

good location, on main road but was quiet

This was my first time using Airbnb and everything was perfect. The Lighthouse is exactly as described. I appreciate that there is off street parking. Todd communicated procedures clearly as well as useful local information. The location of the Lighthouse is perfect if you're going to be spending time downtown, such as taking a class at North House Folk School. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Worth the money and cozy. I would take my family there again. Nice to have the things like Roku services available and Keurig. Only short distance from Houghton/Hancock.

Had a short stay over spring break and this stay was exactly what we needed. Great location to drop right into the trails and Shayla was fantastic with all her communications. Can't wait to plan another trip!

Great location, ski in/out worked great!

The home was better than the pictures/description! Beautiful home overlooking Lake Superior-with close proximity to the hiking trails of Cook County. If you are looking for a great ‘home base’ to return to after wildness exploring-this is it!

Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Easy ski-in/ski-out (our 4 yr old could ski the path). You do need to drive to the pool, but worth it. We will stay here again. Had a great time at Lutsen!

We loved our holiday skiing stay! We had two families, nine people - 4 adults and 5 young adults. The ski in/ out access was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in the great room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked all our meals in! There is only seating for 7 at the table, but we moved a couple counter stools to the table so we could all sit there. We had some issues with the heat in the upstairs bedroom (too hot) but Shayla was responsive and helped us trouble shoot. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The end unit is great for a beautiful view! The location is amazing to Ski in/Ski out! Very cozy with the fireplace. Love the large deck. Jesse and Dean were very helpful and quick to respond with my questions. Thank you for allowing my furry kids to join us!! It was really fun!!!!

What a perfect condo! So comfy and beautifully decorated. We love our Lutsen mountain vacations and this location can’t be beat. The ski in/ski out could not be more convenient! Nice little deck to sit and relax and enjoy a little après ski time. Mountain views and quick access to pool and hot tub! We definitely will be back.

This was our second time staying and it was just an amazing as the first time! We love how private the house is and immersion in nature. We stayed in the middle of a winter weather advisory and enjoyed the accumulation of snow with the heated floors and wood burning stove. Caleb very thoughtfully had snowplowed the driveway so it was very easy to access the house. He also supplied pre-chopped wood for the stove. We did a lot of cooking and had all the necessities we needed to stay in and enjoy our meals. Of favorite feature of the house outside of how open and clean the space is, is its proximity to bike and hiking trails. Snowshoeing was our main activity for this trip and all we had to do was walk out the front door.

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. Looks like it was recently renovated. Good view of the lake from the living room and balcony. Kitchen was supplied well. Bedding was clean and comfortable with cotton sheets. We traveled with another couple and enjoyed visiting area state parks.

Amazing place! Loved the fireplace and the pool/hottub. It was perfect for our very cold weekend. The host was amazing with my questions and responded within minutes.

Everything was as advertised. Our group was comfortable and the space worked well for a larger group (8). I hope to stay here again for some more snowboarding. Cascade Vacation Rentals does a great job.

The rental was terrific! Clean, close to Lutsen ski hill and delicious restaurants, and the host was extremely proactive and accommodating. The space itself was well laid out and everyone in our group had their space, in an addition to a spacious general area for all of us to hang out. There was easy access to the beach (which we braved in 10 degree weather but would be something that we would love to check out in the summer when we stay here again!). One tidbit we really enjoyed was that everything in the kitchen was labeled. This made it easier to find things and also put things back at the end of our stay. Overall, 5/5 and would stay here again.
