Light and airy ground floor apartment set within a beautiful 1900's building with large garden. The garden boasts stunning views of the sea and the surrounding beautiful South Devon coastline including the majestic and ancient Thurlestone Rock, nearby Burgh Island (Agatha Christie's inspirational location for her novel 'Evil Under The Sun'), and the fabulous golden sands of Bantham Beach ever popular with families and surfers alike. 9 The Downs is the perfect peaceful spot to relax by the coast.

Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Sunset lodge is set in magical wooded surroundings overlooking fields with a stunning view to Burgh Island . Sunset Lodge is designed for 1 or 2 guests, with a super King size bed ,a comfortable living area & a kitchen. The Lodge offers complete privacy, great views and easy walks to the sea and the South coast footpath. There is a large decking with a dining area . Please note to find Sunset Lodge we are in the grounds of Aune Cross house which is just pass the Aune cross lodge property .

The sandy beach and spectacular coastline of the South Devon coast are approximately half a mile away with the renowned golf course overlooking the sea. Cottage comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 ensuite shower rooms, kitchen, reception rooms and patio for outside dining. A pet is welcome at a fee of £50.

The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.

Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.
