Brenda was an amazing host. Very quick in communicating and being reasonable with prices. She even checked in with us a week prior to our reservation to discuss harsh weather conditions and allowed us to reschedule our stay. She was very accommodating and helpful!

For our first getaway to Anderson Island, this was a great fit for us to enjoy and explore. Nathan’s excellent communication and all that on-site host Scott did, helped us feel at home. We were able to relax and learn about and visit some interesting highlights and feel the peaceful nature of this special island. We enjoyed the optional breakfast Scott prepared and our time together, surrounded by his artwork.

I enjoyed staying with Laura, we chatted a bit when I first got there and she helped me lift the lid for the hot tub, and also accommodated a lower temperature that I needed for the hot tub, I enjoyed staying there, it was comfortable and exactly as the listing suggests. I would definitely stay there again

Patrick was understanding, flexible, gave great suggestions with local activities/restaurants and was quick to respond. He tried to be a good host and it showed. Each space was clean and all amenities worked as advertised, especially the hot tub!! There was ample bedding (blankets and pillows) and towels for both showering and outdoor activities. We liked the fact that there were 2 separate units, especially if you have a big party. If I had to critique something about the stay I would say the shower heads were a little weak and the controls were weird and took a little bit to get used to, but overall worked fine. We all agreed we would stay here again and hope to stay here again next year. Thanks Patrick!

The Airbnb was extremely clean & comfortable. The bed was too firm for me but that's just my preference. Neighborhood initially seemed a bit rough based on some of the surrounding homes but we had no issues & it was extremely quiet. I appreciated that the host checked in to ask if we had any issues or questions. I would be happy to stay at this Airbnb again.

The hosts are fantastic and so responsive. I felt like I was bugging them but they assured me that I wasn't and were so accommodating. The place was very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is eclectic; near the water but like most of Lakewood the homes vary. Some homes are high-end and well-kept and some run down. This place was very clean, comfortable and quiet - which I really appreciated. I didn't have a car so it was great that there is a neighborhood store and I took several walks around the neighborhood and felt comfortable as a older single lady. I would definitely stay here again or anyplace that they manage as I can tell that it's important to them to provide a quality product.

Comes just as it looks, perfect little space, great host, always responsive! I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Tacoma area!.

I go to Patrick's profile and make sure I favorite every listing. throughout the years I've stayed in several different properties that Patrick is hosting for and I am amazed at how he keeps everything uniform and to a 5-star standing. I already know what to expect with the great selection of properties and I often look at it as a standard for everyone else's air bnbs that I experience. I recommend Patrick's listings to friends any time I can!

Overall it was a great stay. Karen and Mike were very accommodating and very nice. Would definitely come back. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Had a lot of character and Washingtonian character. Karen even added a nice touch of valentines decor for us. Very sweet.

My time at Swantown Inn started with Gary inquiring about breakfast as I was on my way...and then offering to carry my bag upstairs. I felt enveloped in care. The room is elegant and comfortable a restful combination. The bed is really comfy! I loved seeing the clawfoot bathtub and took a wonderfully hot shower in it with the antique rain shower! I enjoyed the parlor with antique flourishes and a puzzle waiting for me. The breakfast was decadent and very tasty. I had a really good time in the place...and with the people. Gary and his wife are hospitable and friendly. Come, you will enjoy yourself!

What a hidden gem! Nathan was a thoughtful host, showing us around the building upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was classy and takes you back to another time, which was enchanting. After spending a week exploring Olympic National Park, we loved being able to soak our achy muscles and relax in comfy chairs by the fireplace. The three course breakfast was so delicious, and even made with ingredients from the neighbor’s fruit tree! Nathan is an enjoyable person to talk to, friendly, and offered excellent personable service with great local recommendations. Just book it!

Nathen was an amazing inn keeper! The rooms where clean and quaint. The whole house was over the top charming. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and coffee that came complementary. We will definitely be back!

Hubby and I stayed here for one evening after attending a wedding. Karen was awesome about letting us in early so we could get changed beforehand and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Yelm

Loved our stay at Swantown! Our room was so cozy. Nathan even prepared us an amazing vegan breakfast. The location is great too. Very relaxing all around.
