Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge. Downstairs is the bedroom....A door takes you to your private balcony overlooking the sea.

Rest, soak, retreat. The Studio is a converted grain store on a hidden 200 year old farm. Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

The Secret

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. “The Secret” a compact one bedroom cottage located in the village of Tideford. The open plan cottage has a separate downstairs toilet and shower room. The double bedroom is accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. The living area incorporates table and chairs, sofa,TV and Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. You are welcome to sit in the back garden where there are two friendly resident dogs.
