Upon booking, bedrooms will be allocated in accordance with guest configuration. This two storey home offers on-shore breezes, water views, a large deck extending from the kitchen featuring BBQ/entertainment area. The master bedroom leads to a private balcony. The unit at the front of the house is not included and is unoccupied.

Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. No shops in town, 30min to Tin Can Bay where you can feed the dolphins and enjoy the cafes. A little piece of paradise. BYO sheets.

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

The property has plenty of space for off street parking and is fully fenced, giving peace of mind.
