We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

This tiny home is anything but ordinary. It is positioned in a sheep paddock on a large rural property, right between the popular destinations Omaha Beach and Matakana Village. The Scandinavian styled house is small but practical, with a kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The large folding door opens onto a deck where you can stretch out, catch some sun, BBQ, read a book or just have some time enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

It boasts a well equipped kitchen, an open plan living area, a spacious bathroom, and a king bed with quality linens in the separate bedroom. Guests can step outside to fire up the BBQ, take in the exceptional vista or sip a wine at sunset.
