Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Owego was voted the coolest small town in America, lively downtown area with many restaurants, shopping, tasting rooms all within a 5-10 minute walk. Only 25 minutes from Ithaca and Binghamton. Located along the wine trail with many great walking and hiking trails nearby! A seasonal pool is also within a 10 minute walk at the town park. Beautiful salon and spa located in the same building as apartment!!

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
