Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. The price listed is for 2 guests. Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.)

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.
