Brand new vacation home! Very close to Purdue, Ross Ade Stadium, Mackey. Arena, and Golf course. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Spacious deck, fire pit, large fenced backyard with gas grill. Cozy sunroom, smart TVs with Netflix. A cute toddler bed for young kid in the family. The whole house is newly remodeled. Pets welcome. New ping pong table and arcade with 14 games in the basement provide the perfect entertainment for everyone! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Walking distance from Mackey Arena and Rose Ade Stadium. Remodeled interior with upgrades and modern finishes. Granite countertops, new flooring, natural light, kitchen with all new appliances. 2-minute drive to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and everything Purdue. High-speed internet/cable/smart TVs. Convient location just 4 miles from center of Purdue Campus, and right off a main road on the edge of town. If your looking for a unique historic property this is your home.
