Great Airbnb with creative design, A/C minisplits throughout, and beautiful garden along river. Grassy river bank is great for morning walks and exercise workouts. Peaceful apartment in a residential neighborhood.... near baseball field and walkable to breakfast pastry place. Washer and dryer in apartment or closer laundromat would have been useful. Kitchen could use herbs and spices, steel spatulas, and metal scrubber sponge for pans... to feel more like home. Otherwise, great place.

Es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una excelente estadía. El aire y los enseres funcionan muy bien. La cama es cómoda y tiene utensilios en la cocina para inventar si quieres en la cocina. Tiene zona de terraza con hamaca y la zona es tranquila. Marchi suele contestar rápidamente a cualquier pregunta. Volvería a quedarme!

Excellent stay as usual. I have stayed several times at Miguel's listing and when I'm in the area he is the first person that comes to my mind when looking for a cozy, clean, and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice gem! Everything from location, amenities like washer and dryer for free, small but mighty kitchen with coffee, sugar and creamer included, plus the amazing location makes this apartment one of the best for value. You'll be just minutes from highways, towns and most important, BEACHES GALOR!! We fell in love with this apartment and will definitely come back for more. Staying at Levvitown Suite was amazing! Really nice and well kept place with a beautiful balcony and overall very comfortable. Situated in a quiet area with a lot of restaurants and stores practically walking distance which was extremely convenient. Also relatively close to San Juan and other beaches. Betzaida was also very welcoming and responsive to any of our questions/concerns throughout the stay. Definitely recommend if you're visiting PR.

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. This place felt like home and surrounding are very secure and safe. Old San juan was like 22 mins away and it was convenient to travel around. Place was clean and also host was very friendly and quick to response. I truly enjoyed staying here and I would highly recommend this place.

Camilo's place was beautiful. plenty of games to play. Plenty of space. Well stocked beach needs!! only con was WATER PRESSURE especially if 2 of the showers were being used at the same time. The hot tubs were a bit confusing to get started on our own and took a full day to warm up. VERY STRICT 10PM QUIET TIME. Other than those minor hiccups it was very nice and spacious with ac in every room. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This property is absolutely stunning. It really was so perfect, comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Book it!

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
