Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Penn Landing Lake House

Welcome to the Penn Landing Lake House! Gorgeous views of the lake in almost every room in the house! Lots to do outside including ping pong and foosball or head to the back yard for some corn hole or badminton. Gentle walk to the dock where you can enjoy our canoe, 2 kayaks, tubes, or just lounge by the lake! You will love cooking in our spacious kitchen or out back on our grill. *Please note that as of Sept 4, 2026 we have 3.5 ft of water off the dock.

*This apartment has the same square footage as our home upstairs. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
