The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

6 Ponds Farm Guesthouse

6 Ponds Farm is a woman-owned 30 acre homestead surrounded by forests. 6 ponds and organically grown medicinal herbs, including 100 blueberries, make this farm a beautiful retreat. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.

Our secluded creekside cabin is tucked away on a trout preserve in Dahlonega’s national forest, surrounded on all sides by nature & water! We have a natural swimming hole with a constant running flow of mountain spring water (it gets its blue tint from the spring minerals). Enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, gold panning, and exploring the extensive forest service roads! Multiple small waterfalls 30 ft from the house. Pool table, Firepit, Outdoor kitchen, Hammocks. Perfect for families with little ones or pets, this cabin has all bedrooms on one floor, gated in decks and a fully fenced in yard. Soak in the hot tub on your private deck, or roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit. We are a 10-12 min drive to downtown Ellijay and a 20-25 min drive to downtown Blue Ridge Nestled in the Coosawattee River Resort, you'll have access to amenities, including an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, and parks etc.

Minutes away from tubing and rafting. Downtown Ellijay is the heart of antiques and has that small-town feel. Several wineries in the area along with breweries that offer North Georgia craft beer. We are the home of The Georgia Apple Festival.
