Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

There's lots to see and do in K-Ville.

We are located in a quiet development on South Hill, 2 miles south of Ithaca College, close to Buttermilk Falls States park and hiking trails. Large number of wineries short distance away. private entrance to 900+ square ft apartment with deck, perfect for watching wildlife. Installing Germicidal lights on furnace and air conditioning unit to keep air free of biological contaminants .

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide some breakfast items and coffee. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!
